More Info: The Facility Uses & Rental Opportunities, Annual Events, Testimonials....

Besides daily usage by winery visitors who wish to stroll the grounds, feed the fish and turtles, play a friendly game of corn hole, lawn checkers or giant Jenga, try their skill on our one of a kind 9 hole Frisbee golf course, or enjoy a picnic (on non-event days) under the pavilion or on the dock, our winery was developed with many other usages in mind.

The festival area site sits on two acres, which include a 3/4 acre pond with a 250 square foot covered dock, fountain, and white sand beach. Adjacent to, and overlooking the pond, are two shaded wood swings and a 6250 square foot covered Pavilion, with a brick paver floor, authentic classic surfboard and wine barrel tables, and full electric. Our Hall of Oaks, as well as a brick paver walkway and fire pit, occupy the opposite side of the pavilion, and the entire area is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by our inspiring 10 acre vineyard. All this provides a unique venue setting for any event, which will include:

  • Saturday and Sunday afternoon music events year round. Noon-5pm. With the area's best musicians and bands.
  • Festivals such as: Bluegrass, Old Florida, Cigar Box Guitar, and Surf..
  • Special annual events like: Adult Easter Egg Hunt, Winestock, Caribbean Christmas Party, Big Ben Beatles New Year's Bash, St Paddy, Cinco De Mayo and Mardi Gras Celebrations.
  • Special brunches usually around Valentines, Easter and Mother's Day.
  • Concert Series in season, usually between January and April, with nationally known touring acts. A few past concerts included: John Anderson, Ambrosia, Little River Band, John Ford Coley, Tommy Cash, Marty Haggard, Dean Dillon, Scotty Emrick, and many world renowned tributes.
  • Annual Car Shows: Vettes in the Vines, Horsin' Around in the Vineyard Mustang Roundup, Fathers Day, Hot Rodding for Heros Spring Cruise In, Honoring Veterans in the Vines Fall Cruise In, and Surf Fest Beachin' Buggies and more.
  • Art Shows during some special events.
  • The festival area can also be rented out for private parties such as: birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, graduations, corporate retreats, Christmas or New Year's parties, Bridal Showers, rehearsal dinners, etc...
  • Fundraisers. We have a sliding scale for non-profit fundraisers, and many qualify for free use of the facility.
  • Weddings. Wineries have traditionally been a very desirable destination for romantic wedding experiences. We can assist with yours at any level or budget; from a complete wedding package, to just referring vendors and/or planners, to just renting you the property for your special day. Also available with the festival area: parking, plants for decorating, and of course our own Florida wines.
