When : 11-5 am

Get up close with long time Alligator trapper “Gator” Bill Robb and his menagerie of non-venomous Florida snakes, turtles, and of course Gators! Visit him throughout the day or attend one of his demonstration programs at 1, 2 and 3pm. “Bill catches with grace, anything that ever walked, crawled, swam or flew in Florida. His teaching skills of Florida Wildlife and the environment are unmatched,” Tony Puma.

Visit Vero Farmer Sheila McMann at her Hunny's Funny Farms Cracker style petting zoo of Old Florida pioneer farm critters, with many native species like a rare Old Florida Cracker Cow! She will have treats so guests can feed animals, hay and corral - all with zookeepers to supervise and educate and plenty of hand-sanitizer!

Sarah Younger is a Florida native whose ancestors settled Florida right after the Civil War, of which their experiences and adventures she writes about in intimate, vivid and spellbinding detail in her books Bend in the Straight and Narrow and Ye Who Are Weary Come Home. Sarah will talk about and sign her books, as well as have pictures of her pioneer family to help bring her book’s characters to life. “If you like A Land Remembered, you will love Sarah’s books as much as I did!”, Gary Roberts. Sarah’s programs will be at 1, 2 and 3pm.

The music stage schedule rotates artists throughout the day with each artist performing twice and a who-knows-what-will-happen finally. Don Blitch opens the festivities at 11 am and plays again at 2pm. Don plays Folk and Old Time Festivals all over and is known for his songs derived from experiences from being raised in an Old Florida family; like Troutline, Deep River Blues, and Morning Dews all in the old busker fashion of playing several instruments at one time.

At noon and again at 3pm is Grant Livingston; who is on Broward & Palm Beach Times Top 10 Greatest South Florida Folk Singers of All Time, with the likes of legends Jimmy Buffet, Dion Dimucci, Gamble Rogers, Fred Neil and Vince Martin. “Grant Livingston embodies the very spirit that created Florida”, Florida Living Magazine. Grant is a perennial favorite at all the best Florida Folks Festivals and now that list includes Summer Crush!

At 1 and 4pm comes the Hobo-Nouveau-Florida-Swamp-One-Bum-Band that is better known as Johnny Debt Prestage! Johnny’s songs include tinges of personal hardships and of course his deep love for the crazy state of Florida. His over 100 personally penned songs were inspired by his affection for area history and living the life of a down-and-out-country –boy. And at 5pm Don and Grant join Johnny for a; who-knows-what-will-happen session!

In addition the IRC Historical Society will also be on hand sharing local history. www.irchistorical.org  Helping support the day’s charity could win you 2 tickets to a Summer Crush 2020 concert!

Old Florida food fare highlights the day, as well, with classics like Gator, Frog Legs, Catfish, Wild Hog, Corn on the Cob, Collards, and of course Swamp Cabbage and more! Food is not included in the ticket price. Summer Crush will have their handcrafted award-winning Old Florida Muscadine wines, as well as other popular beverages like; wine Slushees, Sangria, Mocktails, as well as over 25 local microbrew and select beers and ciders.
