Table reservations are a must and there will be no walk-ups allowed. Partially obstructed (yellow) tables for up to 6 are $125, unobstructed (green) tables are $150. Tables 3 and 4 are the best available tables for a group of 6 and are $160. Surfboard tables for up to 8 are $180, and surfboard tables for 10-12 are $200. You buy the table and pick who you want to join you or have the whole table to yourself. If you wish to sit in the festival area, tickets are $18 each in advance or $20 day of, and it is first come to stake your spot on the lawn. Lawn tickets allow you access to the pavilion bar. Bring your own lawn chairs or use ours. Please set your chairs up 6' from other groups. Space here is limited as well, and it is rain or shine with no refunds for weather. Sorry, if it rains lawn ticketed folks will not be allowed in the pavilion so bring a raincoat or even a canopy if rain is projected. If you use a canopy please set it up on the south side of the walkway. Pricing can change without notice so get yours now! If you have a group larger than 8 let us know and we will work to put a few tables together. This is the first time we have had a show like this with selling tables instead of individual tickets so thank you in advance for your patience as we work out the inevitable kinks. To maintain maximum ventilation in the pavilion vinyl siding will stay up. Please dress weather/temperature appropriate.
TO OUR GUESTS IN WHEELCHAIRS/SCOOTERS; please contact us if you wish to have a place in the pavilion prior to arriving. With social distancing the tables are not set up for wheel chairs and we need to make special arrangements prior to the day of the event or sit in the lawn area.
COVID CONCERT EFFECTS DISCLOSURE:
SOLO SHOWS: If the artist/performer cannot perform due to COVID related issues the show will be re-scheduled for a later date, so hold on to your table purchase as it will be valid for the future date. Details will be posted on the website as soon as a new date is confirmed. For those who cannot make the new date, we ask that you accept a credit toward another show, or take a gift card for future Summer Crush purchases. If the show is not rescheduled, refunds will be an option.
DUO SHOWS: If one of the two artists on the bill cannot perform, the show will go on with the other artist by themselves, and we will reschedule the second artist for another date and your table purchase will be valid for that second show. If we do not reschedule the second artist, we will give a 50% credit to the table holder for future Summer Crush credit. If both artist have to cancel, the show will be re-scheduled for a later date, so hold on to your table purchase as it will be valid for the future date. Details will be posted on the website as soon as a new date is confirmed. If not enough tables are purchased for the show to proceed, Summer Crush reserves the right to cancel the show and offer credit or refunds to table holders.
